Payments must be made in advance at the time of booking. Additional services can be paid during the stay. We accept Bancontant and cash.<\/p>\n<p>All reservations are personal and non-transferable. A reservation is only valid after payment has been received. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation at any time, after which the payment will be reimbursed immediately.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Maximum number of people<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The tent can accommodate a maximum of two adults.\u00a0Children are not permitted.<\/p>\n<p>Violation of this rule may result in the cancellation of the reservation or an additional fee.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Change of reservation<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>We do not offer a discount for late arrivals or early departures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellations<\/strong><br \/>\nIf the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For cancellations more than 30 days before arrival, a \u20ac29 fee will be charged to cover administrative costs. In both cases, we will refund any additional charges within 8 days.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Terms and conditions<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>By making a reservation, the booker agrees to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>acknowledge our terms and conditions<\/li>\n<li>follow our rules and instructions<\/li>\n<li>read the information folder in the Room8 tent<\/li>\n<li>use all equipment and devices (cooktop, Nordic bath, wood-fired stove, grill, air conditioner, heater, etc.) according to the instructions in the aforementioned folder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Music played in the tent must be soft enough so as not to be heard at 50 metres.<\/p>\n<p>Nudism is not permitted.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Atelis is not liable for any damages suffered by guests or their property.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These terms and conditions are subject to Belgian law and their application falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Leuven.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Operator:<\/strong>\u00a0Atelis BV, Kasteelpark 4, 3040 Huldenberg VAT BE0467 807\u00a0838<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Onderkant formulier<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prices and payment All prices are listed in euros and include VAT.
