General terms and conditions
Prices and payment
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT. Payments must be made in advance at the time of booking. Additional services can be paid during the stay. We accept Bancontant and cash.
All reservations are personal and non-transferable. A reservation is only valid after payment has been received. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation at any time, after which the payment will be reimbursed immediately.
Maximum number of people
The tent can accommodate a maximum of two adults. Children are not permitted.
Violation of this rule may result in the cancellation of the reservation or an additional fee.
Change of reservation
We do not offer a discount for late arrivals or early departures.
Cancellations
If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For cancellations more than 30 days before arrival, a €29 fee will be charged to cover administrative costs. In both cases, we will refund any additional charges within 8 days.
Terms and conditions
By making a reservation, the booker agrees to:
- acknowledge our terms and conditions
- follow our rules and instructions
- read the information folder in the Room8 tent
- use all equipment and devices (cooktop, Nordic bath, wood-fired stove, grill, air conditioner, heater, etc.) according to the instructions in the aforementioned folder
Music played in the tent must be soft enough so as not to be heard at 50 metres.
Nudism is not permitted.
Liability
Atelis is not liable for any damages suffered by guests or their property.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are subject to Belgian law and their application falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Leuven.
