Check-in is at 4:00 PM. We will e-mail you an access code for the tent a few days before your arrival. In the event of a problem, you can call the owners on 00 32 488 401 577.

Check-out is at 10:30 AM on Saturdays and weekdays. On Sundays, check-out is at 5:00 PM. If you would like to check out later, discuss this with the operator, who will determine whether this is possible (at a surcharge).

You can order dinner or a BBQ basket during your stay. The products will be in the kitchenette upon your arrival or they will be delivered to your tent between 6:30 and 7:00 PM. The dinner/BBQ basket includes:

Breakfast for two people will be delivered to your tent each morning at 8:30 AM.

For privacy and hygiene purposes, the tent will not be cleaned during your stay. Please open the window when you leave. On request, we can provide daily cleaning at an additional cost of 10% of the price of the previous night.

A surcharge applies for the Nordic bath and the BBQ. Wood for the wood-fired stove is free of charge. You will also be given plenty of wood for the Nordic bath and the outdoor BBQ. The bath, the BBQ and the wood-fired stove are easy to light. The manuals can be found in your information folder.

Wi-Fi is free and the code can be found in your information folder.

The terrace and the garden surrounding the tent are yours to use. Nudism is not permitted.

The reservation costs will not be reimbursed for cancellations less than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations more than 30 days before arrival, a €29 fee will be charged to cover administrative costs.

Children are not permitted in Room8. Room8 is located near a watercress nursery, a river and a swimming pool, all of which are potentially dangerous for children. The tent is only equipped with a two-person bed. A maximum of 2 children under the age of 12 are permitted at their own risk. We are not liable for any accidents that occur on-site. Please bring your own bed linens, bath linens and air beds. Camping beds are not permitted, as these may damage floors and walls

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the tent (including near the windows). Violation of this rule will result in a €1000 fine for cleaning and deodorising.

Pets are not permitted in or around the tent.
